GIDDY’S PLACE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Giddy’s Place! We’re delighted to have you join us. To ensure the safety, enjoyment, and smooth running of our play café, we kindly ask that all guests read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions

1. BOOKINGS

  • All visits to Giddy’s Place must be pre-booked via our online booking system.
  • Bookings are available for children from birth to five years only. Older children will not be admitted into class sessions.
  • Each booking reserves a space for one child and their accompanying adult(s), as per the class description. Guests are welcome but must be arranged in advance as guest spaces are limited.
  • Places are not guaranteed to be transferable. Bookings can be swapped to different days or to friends or family subject to availability.

2. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • We understand that plans change. Cancellations made up to 14 days after booking are eligible for a refund either in full or with as many sessions remain on the booking at the time of cancellation.
  • Cancellations made over 14 days after the booking was made will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
  • Missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

3. ATTENDANCE & SUPERVISION

  • Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
  • Adults are responsible for ensuring their child’s safety and appropriate behaviour while at Giddy’s Place.
  • Some of our equipment has a height, age or weight limit, adults are responsible for ensuring these guidelines are met.
  • We love guests but please be aware that guest spaces are limited and must be agreed in advance.

4. HEALTH & SAFETY

  • Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell or showing symptoms of contagious illness.
  • Giddy’s Place reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone displaying signs of illness.
  • In the event of a serious accident or medical emergency, staff may administer basic first aid and/or contact emergency services.

5. GENERAL POLICIES

  • Food and drink purchased off-site are not permitted, except for baby food and water.
  • Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions at the time of booking.
  • Please be kind, you never know how little sleep the person next to you has had!
  • We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises if their behaviour, or that of their child, poses a risk or disruption to others.

6. PHOTOGRAPHY

  • Giddy’s Place may take photos during sessions for promotional purposes. You will be asked for consent during the booking process.
  • Personal photography is permitted, but please be mindful and avoid capturing other children or families without their permission.

7. CHANGES & CLOSURES

  • In the rare event we need to cancel a session (e.g. for staffing, maintenance, or safety reasons), you will be offered an alternative session as compensation.
  • We reserve the right to amend our timetable, services, or terms and conditions at any time.

8. LIABILITY

  • While every effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable environment at Giddy’s Place, all activities are attended at your own risk.
  • Giddy’s Place and its staff do not accept responsibility or liability for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to property or persons, however caused, during your visit.
  • Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times while on the premises.

By completing a booking at Giddy’s Place, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Thank you for your cooperation in making Giddy’s Place a fun, safe, and welcoming space for all.
